I've tried eating loads, but with the amount I need to eat and the calories i'm eating, its not worth it. I try celery/carrots with humous but that doesn't help, and I eat apple with peanut butter which also doesn't help. I will give the smoothie idea a go though. Danoe have brought out these new 'Danio' yogurts. basically a really really thick (almost like greek) yogurt with a fruit layer on the bottom. depending on what flavour they are around 125-160cals but you get quite a bit and as the yogurt is so thick and creamy they fill me up :)

I usually have a can of diet coke. The sweet taste gets rid of my craving and it makes me feel so bloated so no matter how much i'm craving anything I just don't want to eat! And only 1 calorie :)
