which of these would be more effective for weight loss and building up my fitness?? 30 mins on the elliptical at a steady pace or 15 mins on the elliptical doing HIIT and 15 mins doing pilates/some kind of toning workout

bread vs pasta
Which one is worse for you for weight/fat loss? I know you are meant to eat as little of both as possible, but I find I only really feel satisfied if I have one of these for lunch. I will either have a ham/chicken salad sandwich, or a bit of pasta with salad and ham/chicken. Which option is best?

i literally cannot eat fruit/veg
