Quick/easy/cheap meals
Hi
Was just wondering if anyone knew of any good sites that have recipes for people who have no time and a low budget. I'm also not great at cooking and don't have very much kitche 'equipment' so i tend to eat porridge or poached eggs on toast and then snack on fruit or something later because i need something very quick! As you can see i always try to go for healthy options but ready meals can be so tempting at times

This is a great cheap easy meal I make a lot. Chicken and vegetable soup, it keeps well and tastes better the next day.
Fry cubed chicken breast with onion, garlic and thyme. Add chicken stock and then cubed veggies, what ever you like. I enjoy it with fresh corn in it as it's nice and sweet and is the carb component for me.0 -
Not like I'm trying ot advertise the site, but Pinterest has categories of good ideas for recipes.
Also, get a good Crockpot. It'll be your best friend on buying low cost vegatables and average priced meat. Will last you most of the week0 -
