Best after workout brekkie?

I'm going to start getting up at 6:30am every morning to do the 30 day shred workout. Was just wondering what would be the best breakfast to eat afterwards? And how soon afterwards should I eat??? Preferably something very low cal, quick and easy as i have hardly any time in the mornings!!!

If it makes any difference... i'm 153lbs and looking to lose about 15lbs. Mainly just trying to lose my 'belly' :)

  • Breakfast of Champs .. 1 or 2 Whole Eggs + 3 or 4 Egg Whites .. on half a wholewheat bagel .. BOOM !!

    2% Greek yogurt with nuts and a little honey sprinkled on top. Yum!

    I'd go for carbs plus protein.

    So - a slice of toast with peanut butter, or cottage cheese.
    Eggs any way you like them, add in some veg like mushrooms, peppers, spinach.
    Greek yoghurt with berries.

    How about a high fiber breakfast... cantaloupe, blueberries and bran muffin...? One of my favs...:)
