love me some home made sun tea...I bought a 3 gallon jug of water to keep handy in the fridge and i bought another and made sun tea in it....so i always have something healthier to drink at hand. I pour me a glass of sun tea and a teaspoon of splenda and im good. YUM

awesome. I began yesterday and Im down 1.2 lbs. I dont believe its water weight because I've lost 8 lbs over the last month doing regular calorie counting and have been drinking up to 96 oz of water daily....So im hoping this new 1.2 is actually body weight.

Yes TETHOMAS :) Gotta keep your mind open HIPS ....This journey is going to be full of things we dont like, but doing what we like is what got us here. :) you can do it. Unless you have some allergic reaction to something then i guess steamed veggies would be fine.
