3 lbs over night!
so Im sticking to this diet strictly and for some reason the scale is sayin im up 3 lbs since yesterday....now how is this possible. I didnt consume 10,500 calories in one day so i dont see how this is possible ....water weight fluctuating? possibly? ugh im mad...help!

HELP! Ok this is my second week working out and eating right...I've been taking my measurements and I've been losing inches all over my body and Im down 8 lbs.... Todays challenge has been suggested by one of our members, Mamo1014! It's called the Couch Potato Workout and it's geared to be done during commercials. Here it is: -60 situps -60 squats -60 pushups. Its to be done for an hour during commercials. Do a set of 15 four times. GOOD LUCK!!
