  • Me! SW: 290 CW: 283 GW: 140 I've logged in for almost 100 days & lost 7lbs. I need friends here & willing to also support/motivate!
  • I REALLY REALLY REALLY need support, add me!
  • No plans, had a relaxing weekend at home. Which I discovered=lazy me. Without scheduling my workouts, I just didn't have any motivation. My food choices we're good, but not so much for the exercises.
  • I seem to have the exact problem! I started planning my snacks, I usually don't snack during the day, so I save them. Grilled pineapple has really satisfied my sweet tooth & I made homemade trail mix for when I want salty/crunchy.
  • I had a good week. I need to make exercise a priority, but did get in 3 workouts this week. Made better choices when eating out, that's usually a struggle for me.
  • Midafternoon I learned my daughters baseball game was moved to a different city, we didn't have time to prepare & we'd never been there before. I'm not kidding the ONLY restaurant in town was Jack in the box! Frustrating, but it's ok, I'm back to it today!
  • Yesterday went well! I went the whole day without my usual can of Pepsi & pushed a little bit futher on my cardio.
  • Please add me, I need lots of motivation!! Going to do 30 lbs mini goals, # isn't so intimidating to me, until I hit 120.
  • Have you looked at the Total Gym blog or youtube channel? So many exercise videos, I honestly try something different each time I use it. My favorite is doing a circuit trainer & my hubbys is upper body only. Good luck!

  • Total TMI, does it make you gassy? I've switched to GNC Lean Shake for breakfast, as a few months ago juicing gave me the worst tummy problems.
  • Long term= 100 lbs Short term = 30 lbs for this challenge I think 24 is more realistic, so I'll be thrilled with that!
  • Hi. I'm Nikki, I'm looking for accountability! I'm a stay at home Mom to a(almost 5 year old) amazing girl. She and my husband give me lots of support, but don't always hold me accountable. I'm ready to see what I can do in 90 days!!
  • I think over doing it IS exactly what I've been doing!!mI'm pretty sure I have the food's figured out, when I'm home, it's when we have to out for my hubby's work things. That's going to be my "side step", with my main focus of getting back into my workout regiment.
  • Thank you ever so much for the links & book recommendation!
  • Not being consistant is my biggest flaw, I think. I cook nightly, but no, I don't always track. I have a gym in my home, but slip from my daily workout routine after a few weeks. Thank you for the responses!
