Does anyone use a Total Gym and can recommend the best exercises to do?

    It is hard for me to recommend the best exercises for you to do on a Total Gym since there is so much you can do. I think I like pull overs and chest flies on the Total Gym the most. Incline sit ups is an exercise I regularly do on the Total Gym.

    I don't recommend traditional squats on the Total Gym because I believe that they feel too easy. If you want to make leg exercises more challenging on the Total Gym, try doing thing one leg at a time. On the other hand, leg curls feel challenging.

    Have you looked at the Total Gym blog or youtube channel? So many exercise videos, I honestly try something different each time I use it. My favorite is doing a circuit trainer & my hubbys is upper body only. Good luck!
