Count me in 43 ( 44 next month) have multi times lost a lot (most was 75 lbs in 07/08 on ww). Last year I lost over 30 lbs on MFP in 4 months. Had a REALLY hard personal year with losing multi family members and mid forties hormones kicking my butt. So I regained 40 between Nov 1 and april 1st. So here I am 216 pounds looking to get back to a decent weight of at least 165 ( I am 5'9) or ideally my lowest from 08 of 150. Right now my goal is to get back into the 170's where I was last summer on MFP. My health has really taken a toll from a 40 lb weight gain in 6 months. Oh and I am a vegan of 27 years so for me it is all abaout volume of food since I don't eat much crab. I just eat too much of mostly good food.
So top things logging, weighing myself, running, water, and sticking to my calories. First goal back in the 100's. Feel free to add me.0 -
