Your training put you on a too low calorie diet. Meaning now, when you up your calorie intake, you will gain weight because you were starving yourself before.

You just cant lose pounds over night. Yeah, it takes time and effort, but you will get there. CDC says the max. of 2 pounds a week. be happy with that you have. some people have a hard time just losing one pound in a month. Chill.

i was that one person that weighed myself everyday. I have cut back to every 10 days. Between what time of the day it is, the time of month for women, and water retaintion can change the scale. You cant always count on the scale!

I surprisingly stayed without my calorie goals!

Water weight could do it, but your body does shift weight about two pounds a day. Thats why i recommend only weighing yourself once or twice a week.

I could always keep it down staires so when i want it i have to go down to get it! yes, i am lazy. haha

my teacher handed around candy on holloween, of course i took them, and ate them, but im not regreting it one bit! sometimes you have to have something like that to stay on track.
