On the track to weigh loss

Hi guys hope you are all well.

I absolutely love this site :) I think the meal diary is amazing and gives you that extra push when it tells you how much lighter you should be in 5 weeks woo hoo. At the moment mines telling me I should be 15lb less in 5 weeks but I'm hoping a bit more ( usual weight loss in first week if dieting for me is about 8lb)..

So has anyone got any tips for me to help me on my way

I need to do this for both me and my little boy
