bad diet = bad mood
Whenever I have an unhealthy day or I go over my calories, it makes me have a bad day. It like totally ruins my mood. Anyone else out there like this?

restarting clean diet
A few months ago, I was eating a clean & healthy diet. For the past few weeks, I have kind of fell off of that. I do miss eating well. I can't seem to be able to get back on it, even though I want to. Any advice? Help?

terribly wrong
Yesterday i weighed my self. I 'gained' 2 pounds over the course of 8 days. I believe that it is just water weight. After weighing myself today, it says that i gained a little over a pound, again. My sodium&calories are normal. What is wrong?

poor diet after weightloss
I have lost 40 pounds, currently 117ish. For the past week I have been lacking a good diet, especially when it comes to sugar. I live in that house with all the candy and junk food that is mandatory. Anyone like me?

No period for months, but...
The last time I had my period was in August. Since then, I have had 2 times where I spotted lightly. My cycles tend to be abnormal, never by this much. Abnormal like one cycle is 34 days, then 48 days, then 28 days, etc. I have lost about 40 pounds. My mom does have PCOS, and i just do not know what to do...

More fat than another
If i look at my stomach, its pretty obvious that i have more fat on my left side if my stomach than the right. Like my left love handle is bigger than the right. How? Why? Help?!

So they say you must eat 1200 calories a day. I have a metabolism of 1390. I was wondering if this is still true? I eat 1050-1390 calories a day, on average of 1150.

That Damn Scale Part 2
In part 1 everyone said to only weigh myself once a week. Can anyone help me stay off the scale? I usually do it 3 times a week because I usually cant go 3 days without seeing the scale. What days & motivation? My "free from all" day is usually saturdays.

Question, is there anyone else out there that is taking there last 10 pounds slower than normal? Instead of saying I wanna drop 10 pounds by February 2013, im saying May. Then dropping .4 pounds a week instead of 1 pound.
