Question, is there anyone else out there that is taking there last 10 pounds slower than normal? Instead of saying I wanna drop 10 pounds by February 2013, im saying May. Then dropping .4 pounds a week instead of 1 pound.

I'm going slowly, but it's not by choice. This last 10 is proving to be extremely stubborn.0

I lost at about a 1/2 lb per week average, which was just fine with me. I was okay with things taking longer as long as it was something I could sustain and not feel hungry or deprived.0

I don't have much more to go...maybe 5 lbs. And I have no real goal date in mind. I'm starting strength training so it may take me even longer since I'll be building muscle and eating a bit more. We'll see. I'm more interested in changing my measurements than I am in the number on the scale.
Feel free to friend me, I am on here every day!

I've lost 40, and my goal is 45...I keep losing and gaining the same 4 pounds. It's like my body knows what I want and doesn't want to cooperate!!0
