All i wanted to do today was eat! Nothing was satifisfying me. I didnt eat over my limit, but i just dont know why this happens! do you knoww?

    for me, this happens when i have lots of empty carbs like bread or pasta.

    they never seem to fill me up and i'm hungry again not too much later.

    what have you eaten in the previous 24 to 48 hours?

    I get like that mentally when I'm bored.
    I get like that physically when I have my period.

    Did you drink for new years? I felt the same today but I know it's because I was drunk last night.

    Why aren't you tracking the next most important thing after your calories per day which is protein? It's important to get enough protein then worry about the rest you are tracking. So up that as it'll keep you fuller longer and your fibre is a bit low too.
