In part 1 everyone said to only weigh myself once a week. Can anyone help me stay off the scale? I usually do it 3 times a week because I usually cant go 3 days without seeing the scale. What days & motivation? My "free from all" day is usually saturdays.

Get scale out of your house. That should help.
Or, you can ask someone to hide it and only take it out once a week.0 -
I have a different approach to the scale. I weigh myself every morning. Then I see the trends and can keep myself on track and motivated. I retain water like crazy, so I know if I have a high sodium day or if I have booze or if I do my 100 squats, I know I will be retaining some extra water the next morning. So it reminds me to keep my water up to help flush it out. Sure enough when I do the next day the scale goes down. Watching the scale every day keeps me motivated. Find what works for you. If you get too obsessed or discouraged, then weigh once a week. I have also weighed myself every morning, but only logged my weight once a week.0

Fot the month of november I joined this challenge and so far it has been good. I know that the month is almost over but you could still start and make it a goal to just eat the best that you can and exercise at least 3 times a week. Then on december 1 you can werigh and see what happened. Also fit is good to take photos of your self to compare and contrast becuase sometimes the scale wont move but you still lose inches.

There's nothing inherently wrong about knowing weight variation. It just depends on your head.
Some scales record your weight and show a graph. See the graph at:

Here's just one model with that feature:

Other people use a little log book or spreadsheet.

I weigh myself everyday religiously and have no problems with doing so.
Having said that in order to do that you will need to make sure that you dont react badly to "setbacks" your weight will bounce like a yoyo so a 1lb here or there is never something to fret about.
If you can handle that rollercoaster feel free to weigh yourself every day0
