Over Stuffing

I find it really hard to eat my BMI (1392) calories. Im good on 1100-1200. I have to over eat to get to 1400. Help?!

    Some of the meals/ snacks in your diary are only 150 to 250 calories, don't see how you can be stuffed on that. You are eating a huge amount of processed/ refined/ sugary rubbish and relatively little nutritious stuff, you might get away with that plus undereating at your age but not forever. Retrain your body to eat normal volumes of wholefoods and cut the crap back to 10% of daily calories.

    Too much junk and too little real food. Full fat yogurts, eggs, peanut butter, nuts, oils, cheeses, it's not hard to work in a few extra calories.

    Avocados, nuts, full-fat dairy, and olive oil for starters. I eat 1600 calories per day, feel free to look at my diary.
