Yesterday i weighed my self. I 'gained' 2 pounds over the course of 8 days. I believe that it is just water weight. After weighing myself today, it says that i gained a little over a pound, again. My sodium&calories are normal. What is wrong?

If your diary is accurate, you are not overeating unless you have an abnormally low BMR/TDEE. My guess would be water. Do you feel bloated? Even with sodium low, some foods can cause bloating for some people. Gluten, dairy or too much sugar are common causes.
Do you have PMS or is it your TOM? Those can also pack on temporary water weight.0 -
Are you working out at all? It could be weight from muscle, but if you are drinking a lot of water that could also be it! Try weighing yourself in the morning when you wake up, that will be closest to your true weight.0

Have you started doing any exercise that you don't normally do? This can lead to temporary weight gain due to water retention (in fact, my doctor suggested dieting for a few weeks before adding exercise because it can be so disheartening to people that they give up before they ever really start).0

It's not muscle. A woman eating at a calorie surplus could hope to gain about half a pound a month in muscle. It's next to impossible to gain muscle on a calorie deficit (unless you are obese and have never really been in shape, and even then newbie gains are less than you would think).0 -
The best time to weigh:
First thing in the morning, a morning after a rest day, after using the restroom, before consuming anything, naked.0 -
Make sure you weigh yourself the same time everyday! but also be careful I found out sometimes my scale isn't the most accurate...if you have an electronic one make sure you zero it out (step on it and then off so it clears) and are also on a hard flat surface. But bodies do sometimes fluctuate if you aren't going over on your calories or going crazy on junk it is probably just water weight0
