we watched it all on sky news too...some of these kids are as young as 11, or even younger..where on earth on their parents..dont they care what their kids are getting upto..makes me so bloody angry. people work hard to get where they are in life, and then mindless, lazy no good for anything thugs come and take it all…

i have zumba for my wii console..it includes a belt for the control and adds up the points you,ve scored..its really good, give it a go..i also go to a zumba class which i enjoy...dont be affraid of jiggling infront of people...good luck..

well i for one will be watching as im from the uk,, and those who are not interested are just a minority. i was in london a couple of days ago to see all the prep work, and i saw and heard many americans, australians, chinese,and many different nationalities who are interested. im lucky enough to be getting a public bank…

know how you feel, but im lucky in the way of having to wear a uniform for work although had to buy smaller size trousers but the shirts work pay for and ive ordered a smaller size in those...yesterday i gave in and brought some new clothes, such a great feeling being able to buy clothes and not trying them on…

i joined my zumba class two weeks ago...its fun and a good workout...ive also got the zumba fitness for the wii...i love it...go and enjoy.... :happy:

im too snowed in....as for shovelling...errrr no thanks..lol....ive not fallen off the wagon, im slowly loosing the 1lbs and thats what keeps me focused....and im now buying the next size down clothes...and loving it....keep motivated, dont loose sight....you can and will do it...the snow will soon pass....put ya music on…

i track all my food on mfp, even weight watcher food...its helped me shift a stone in two months...good luck on your journey.. you can do it...
