I personally don't bother weighing in at all during my period. I usually gain about 5 pounds in water, and even though I know that it's just water retention, I can still feel really discouraged. Totally irrational, I know. But it keeps me going and (somewhat) sane!

What scale did you decide on?

I had bad side effects from the pill. I now have the ParaGard IUD (have had it for 3 years) which has no hormones, unlike the Mirena IUD, and can stay in for 10-12 years. It's not for everyone's lifestyle (do your research), but I love it. I don't even notice that I have it. Some people have worse cramping, bleeding, etc,…

I love how you look so surprised in the picture! You look great! I think a loafer would be fine. You want to be as comfortable as possible in an interview while also presenting yourself as professional. I wish you the best of luck!

It's funny. That's something I "knew" worked, but I never really put it into motion until now. My dog and I are going for a lot more walks these days because of that and she's loving it! Keep up the good work!

I mostly drink plain water now, but I used to drink Adirondack brand flavored water. Tastes good and has zero calories if I remember right.
