My ticker says 50, but my doctor informed me that I was 10 pounds heavier when I started ! My A2c was 6.2 in January and 6.0 last week. My goal is LOWER!

My cholestrol was 201 in January and 162 last week. woo hoooooo

The photos are of 2011 Christmas....I'm the one on the left in the freaking TENT shirt. The other is yesterday at my grand daughter's wedding.

So what do you think of this great-grandmother ?

    thank yall. It hasn't been easy but it dang sure has been Do-able. Lots of trial and error on the diet and lots of sweaty exercise. I am NOT stopping this time! I am 2/3 the way there! woohoo. All the support and successes here help tremendously.
