Hmmm, college is a toughy. My wife and I freeze freshly squeezed OJ or other fruit into ice cube trays for healthy snacks. If you are in a dorm, that will be harder. However, I find planning is key. I plan out my entire week's meals. If you can make your meal plan with easy healthy meals and stick to it, that may help.…

I think it depends on the situation and time. For example, I find it difficult to eat and then go jog/run for 45 minutes. However, when I weight lift, I am considerably weaker on an empty stomach. I've done it before...Been vegan for a month and felt great. I added some meat (red and other) back in (occasionally like 1-2 per week) and couldn't tell a difference. Usually do it on my weight lifting days.
