I work in the middle of London, so getting my hands on Kosher food is impossible (unless I prepare in advance). The easiest thing for me is to go vegetarian, which is already healthier completely. Salads with fish, sushi, soups, veggies with hummus is fabulous. When I feel like something else I do halloumi wraps with avoado and a lot of salad (spinach, watercress etc); when I fancy sandwiches yarden meat comes in handy because it's light and tastes amazing. Grill some chicken, you can eat that in a salad, just generally focus on meaty rather than milky because it will half your calories!
My favourite go to snack is Mrs Elswood pickles with hummus. Incredible.0 -
We're pretty Kosher in the home, and I eat vegetarian out of the house. DH eats whatever out of the house...he's got the metabolism of a 12-year old boy, I swear!0

Well that's great, that means you'lll just have to watch your carbs intake & the dairy (mostly in form of cream or cheese). I personally love that due to keeping Kosher I can't gorge on the meats & paellas on the street, and my sandwich selection gets cut down by 90% to usually healthier options lol.0
