You def need some protein! Eggs/egg whites, you can eat them so many different ways!! Yogurt is a quick choice, but read the labels, some yogurts are LOADED with sugar! Chicken, if you've got time.

There's not a one-size-fits-all answer. Especially in the case of gestational diabetes. Protein, fruits and veggies are usually good choices, and avoiding processed sugars and pre-packaged foods, as well as "bad carbs" (like white breads, doughnuts, etc) is sound advice for everyone.

ugh, my boobs are disgusting they are so big now! I have lost weight and they N.E.V.E.R. get smaller. It's horrible. I hate them, but even more so since i had my daughter. Total bummer.

I usually "gain" about 5lbs just before/during and it drops as I end my cycle and return to "normal". I hate it.

I know a girl who takes it to lose weight. And she doesn't have any weight to lose. You see pics from her wedding, then see pics from 5 months later and she looks sickly. Like a total skeletor.

I feel your pain! I look at pictures and think there's NO WAY I'll ever look the way I used to, but that doesn't stop me from trying, because even somewhere in between is better than I look now!!!

If you're at home/other and don't have weights, you can always use bottles of water, canned food, jars of peanut butter, flour, sugar, etc in place of weights! :)

It's normal for your weight to fluctuate 2-5 pounds around the most wonderful time of the month. ;)

Have you tried increasing your sets/reps?

If you were eating too few calories before your body would cling to every calorie you did eat, so increasing the calorie intake allowed it to let go of some of them. Your body doesn't know what you will eat like today or tomorrow, it only knows what you have fed it in the past. So when your body thinks there are not a lot…

I don't think you need to be concerned about eating beforehand. Try it, see how it goes. You could always have a protein bar/shake before if you feel like you need it.
