I will ALWAYS want a pickle. Pickles are yum ;)

Massive thanks all for your thoughts on this. I def have high and low calorie days and log them accordingly, but this was a full out, fall down binge day. I mean, it was great, but logging all those calories... Man, makes you realise why I wa so chunky before!

Love this way of looking at it. All those lovely calories I get to spend the next day B)

This sounds like a gooooood day ;) I got out of the habit of logging while I was on honeymoon, and have struggled to be consistent with it since I got back. But you're right - it only works if you're honest with yourself! Thanks guys :)

True that ;) Would ideally love to fit in a bit more strength but I've got a class based membership and they only do strength club on Saturdays. I love it there and it really keeps me motivated. Can't really afford to fork out another membership to a traditional gym... or can I? :p

Woahhhhh! Dedication :)

Nope. Hour of boxing Mondays, circuits and bootcamp tuesdays, sometimes 1 hour bootcamp Wednesdays (but sometimes it's a rest day depending on work/achiness!), Boxing and bootcamp Thursdays, 45 minute HIIT class Fridays and 1 hour bootcamp and 1 hour lifting on Saturdays. Then like Craig David I chill on Sundays :)

And isn't it funny how different people look at quite varying weights, even if they're a similar height? You look great at 105 but think I'd look odd! The human body is a wonderful thing

5'3 here and 132lbs. Very comfortable at this weight after losing 20lbs verrrrryy slowly last year through exercise and eating better. Could probably stand to lose a few more but I'm building up some muscle at the moment! Also a curvy girl - 32F here :D

Ah - thanks Stef. Will this even itself out when my body gets used to it, or am I not hydrating enough? H

Week 0 start weight - 152lbs. Looking forward to this challenge and logging in for some support! I'll have to weigh in on Fridays as I use the machine at work, but eager to get started!

I do tend to make a lot of salads, but interesting ones - today I had roast squash, beetroot, halloumi and chorizo. Last week was broan bean, quinoa, feta and lemon (yum). If I don;t have salads I'll have soup, or treat myself to sushi. I also love falafel :)

They're really good with returns - as long as you leave the tags in and the hygeine strip on the bottoms you should be fine! Hope you find something nice - I'm on holiday on 1st September so that's my weight loss motivation too! x

I feel your pain charlotte! I got mine from ASOS, who sometimes have a good range (a quick searchs shows they've got 100 styles in 34E at the mo). In fact, I just really splashed out and bought this one for myself recently:…
