LOL hate to admit it, but YES I am! I'm a huge reality TV junkie, it's my one reprive from the day to day where I can let my brain turn to mush. :) Elise is too much, I can't handle her childish drama unfortunately.... not sure how she was cast on the Bachelor!! Marquel though...  :blushing:

I'm on #4... still can't post the bikini pic, but I am comfortable in crop tops!! :) This is great!! Love it!

I had my ribcage and my foot done as my first two tatts in the same day. And BOY did the ribcage hurt... it felt to me like a knife scraping my skin over and over again. Your shoulder and back shouldn't be too bad - but like everyone else has said, the less fat/muscle to cushion the bone, the more it will hurt.

This post makes me laugh... as "Northerner" who recently moved from NYC to Miami (originally from NJ though), I can tell you that I have an EXTREMELY difficult time relating to Floridians. They have no sense of urgency for anything, most of the women are materialistic, and they have no ambition or professional drive. They…

Get married and have children... but unfortunately that is not something I can control the timing of!! :)

I figured that hollydubs! I have a ridiculous amount of friends on my Facebook circulating it and it seemed insanely dubious but wanted to see if anyone had seen it elsewhere and it looks like UtahWI found it on snopes.com so there we go!

Beautiful before, and beautiful now!

This is very true - I've read that about 25% of our water intake comes from foods that we've eaten. However, water is an essential component of my process only because it helps keep me satiated throughout the day. In the past, I used to overeat because I felt I was hungry, but really my body just needed some water. Also,…

Love!!! Chocolate chip cookie dough is my favorite and then double chocolate chunk!! They are so delicious and keep you full and satisfied! I have one a day basically. The good thing also is how versatile they are - follow @questnutrition on Instagram and you'll find all these new recipes and ways to use the bars. You can…

Always take them off right at the door and always ask others to take them off too. In other people's house, I ask them as soon as I walk in. I don't like to be disrespectful!

Beyonce or J.Lo! In a heartbeat! All those curves!!!

I aim for 1200 most days, but definitely have cheat meals. I have protein bars, Greek yogurt, almonds, raisins, walnuts, etc to satisfy my hunger in between meals. I am actually rarely hungry because I space out my meals and am eating pretty much all day at leat 5 times a day, just in smaller portions. My day starts with a…

I love seeing all these different ethnicities listed!! I'm Cuban-American but I associate more with Caribbean culture in general (the food, music, lifestyle, beliefs, etc) as opposed to strictly Cuban culture.

Never heard of this one!! Creative! I'll have to try it!!

LOL!!!!

Man, these are the days I am glad I left the north to live in Miami!

Edgy and cute! :)

Some great ideas here!! I definitely love Light N Fit Greek yogurt - only 80 calories and keeps me sooo full! I also love the 100 calorie popcorn bags, or a protein bar with some chocolate in it (gives me that chocolate fix I need!). I also mix it up with 100 calorie almond packs, or a box of raisins for 90 calories. Good…

Good luck!! Welcome to the community - although 3-4lbs a week is SUPER ambitious! I would aim for 1-2lbs a week so that it's sustainable in the long run. I got your back, homie!
