Alright that makes sense. When I get my HRM I can more accurately log my calories burned so I can eat them back.

In my opinion, it doesn't matter what body shape you have. Everyones body is different and everyone will lose body fat in a different place.

I hate pushups, and power jumps in insanity. EW! but I have grown to love burpees, jogging, and ab work.

I don't like chips at all. I also have never been a big pop drinker. I normally try and stay away from donuts though lol

Any kind of soda, may it be diet or not, is full of chemicals and hat is not healthy. Although drinking diet will help you keep your calories low, it wil still cause terrible bloating.
