Your body is speaking to you! Don't go crazy, but if you're body needs extra fuel, feed it! Just try to be as healthy as possible :-) Personally I tend to have no appetite at all the first 2 days of my period, so I feel like it all evens out.

I usually eat an egg or 2 servings of liquid eggs with 2 pieces of turkey bacon. Sometimes with it I have a piece of toast with laughing cow cheese on it, or a cup of whatever fruit I have in the fridge. I love breakfast!!

My gym actually has classes that take place in the pool - aqua kickboxing and aqua zumba- you should check out your gym and see if they have anything like that. Also, if you talk to any of the trainers at the gym they might have a few suggestions for you based on sound science. (instead of our opinions lol) Good luck!
