It amazes me how surprised he always seems about the products his guests bring. Really? So you don't do any research before telling your patients...er, guests what to put in their bodies? Always consult YOUR physician before taking any supplements.

I do both. I like the support you get from the WW group! But it's so much easier to track on MFP. I haven't been a good tracker on WW and since I've been on MFP (two weeks) I'm finally going in the right direction! I'm not converting anything to points right now but just tracking calories.

Your body is not weird. It's just you. I'm the same way. :smile: You say that your belly is firm and not squishy. This just means that some of the fat is underneath your muscle. Take your measurments and track your progress. Don't be too discouraged by your appearance. It's a starting point.
