I have it, and I've just finished the FODMAP restriction diet. It has really helped and I have identified new triggers as well as well as learning what amounts I can tolerate. It's a challenge but so is having horrible IBS

I need to wash my hair everyone I workout too (c.5 times a week) I use a gentle shsmpoo/conditioner and I use a hair oil on the ends. I have it, and it took me a long time to see a great hypnotherapist/therapist/cbt person. I'm not perfect and I still have binge days, but the binges are smaller and less frequent. Firstly, any changes need to be done with a medical professional IMO. That said, I've just finished the restriction phase of the Low Fodmap diet and the bloating has really improved. Have a look and discuss with your doctor.

I'm doing every morning, first thing and taking an average of the week (fri-thurs). I find weighing every day makes it more routine, like brushing my teeth rather than getting anxious about the reading. Some people find it can make them obsessed- see what works for you

So interesting to see! I'm 5ft 5, 137.5 lbs and having around 1400 cals a day to lose slowly whilst trying to eat more protein and doing weights 2-3 times a week, cardio 1-2 times a week. I gain very easily at over 1800 a day. Always on the lookout for a new buddy or two if anyone wants to add me?

So true. I met my husband when I was 40 lbs heavier than I am now, and Igot mydegree. Why delete photos from an incredible time of my life? I think yourfriend has their own issues about image and weight.

So did you go below your long term goal weight to lose the fat and now gain the muscle? Thanks for the replies, I think my BF% could be closer to 35% and I have a small build so I do think I need to lose a little weight (fat)- or surely the muscle definition won't show??? Or have I got it wrong?
