I have a 5yo, 4yo and 3-month-old (breastfeeding)... I'm trying to eat enough to breastfeed, but not enough so I can lose weight... and I'm trying to exercise enough to burn calories but not enough that I'm exhausted because I'm up many times a night with the baby... it's a fine line!

Ahh okay, so it doesn't affect the calories, it's just a goal to work towards. that makes sense!

I'm currently breastfeeding a 3-month-old, and I have no idea how many calories I should eat to lose weight but also to maintain nursing my little guy. sigh. I change my diet every other day. The latest is eat "maintenance" calories, so around 1800, but exercise as much as I can before passing out (sleeping).

I added you, I'm in the same boat as you are! I'm constantly trying to balance cutting calories, but not so much that it affects nursing my baby, and exercising, but not so much that I'm exhausted since we (baby and I) don't sleep through the night yet!

Nevermind! (Sorry I dont' know how to delete a post) - I made a custom exercise then I can change the minutes/calories - I didn't realize they were editable!

Is Turbofire all kickboxing (like Tae Bo?) or is it other stuff too?

I can't do a real push-up either, so I did the leg part of the push-up jacks, and just like.. tried to bend my arms a little. lol. I'm pitiful too. hahahaha. I don't have an HRM, so I just put "aerobics, high intensity" in MFP.

Awesome, I'm glad a few of us will be starting on Monday!! We can keep each other motivated! Good call whyflowersexist on doing the workout in the AM! I'm planning on getting up early and doing it before my kids get up
