Look into strong lifts 5x5. It has a complete body workout that will work the lower part of your body nicely. Both your abs and butt will get a hell of a workout.

Fat shaming is something that made my change my diet and start working out. So it worked out for me. It's all about how you see it I guess. Take it as a motivator!!!!

Great job on changing things up. Check out Fat 2 Fit radio as well. it's a podcast with a lot of good information. They're against the whole concept of crash dieting so it's pretty cool. But you probably know enough already lol. I sent a friend request so I can check your food diary. I want to learn where people get their…

You gotta flex the butt cheeks for prevent your lower back from hurting lol. I know how it sounds lol. But it works. Have fun with the…

Hey Akindc. this program is definitely giving you good results. Just as noted a little above I gotta take it a little easier. When it comes to weight loss it's hard to tell. I've only been doing it for two months now. My weight is about the same it used to be. But I definitely feel more muscular.

Yeah I was thinking of deloading the weight by 20% and focusing on my lower back muscles for the next few weeks and then once I feel good about it I'll proceed to increase the weights again. Thanks man

During the training session this morning I was Overhead Pressing with 90 lbs. On 4th and 5th set I really had a hard time balancing myself to stand up straight in one place. I…

Thanks for the input. So if I eat at TDEE there is no difference whether or not I work out? In both cases I'm just going to maintain? I figure those two cases can't be the same can they? Thanks

I dropped from 31% BF to about 13% in half a year through dieting at 1200 cals a day. Didn't feel healthy thou coz I was missing out on a lot of nutriens. Gained a lot of it back. Now I'm lifting and will decrease my body fat gradually to get lasting results.
