Okay my arms look decent, but my abs and butt are like bowl-fulla-jelly. Please give me some ideas on how to use weights to tone my abs and waist and butt, basically my lower part. I do treadmill at highest incline for 30 mins.

First off, clean up that diet! That's the only way you'll lose the "jelly." I do a lot of core circuit workouts. Are you on pinterest!? They have a lot of good ones. Also, I believe in burpees!0

yeah you are right about it, I have to clean up the diet, waiting for the in-laws to leave, so that I can cook my own dishes.0

Bret Contreras (sorry to him if I've spelt that wrong) is a recognised expert in putting together programmes for your glutes/legs. He has a book, which has exercises and a schedule that sounds like it'd be right up your alley!0

Look into strong lifts 5x5. It has a complete body workout that will work the lower part of your body nicely. Both your abs and butt will get a hell of a workout.0
