Height: 4ft 11 Weight: 108lb Size: uk 8/10 depending on where I shop. Don't know how that converts to American sizes? My tops are always a smaller size than my bottoms though. I feel I have quite wide hips :I but that's my personal opinion lol

I weigh daily every morning as soon as I get up but only record weekly. That way you can see how you're doing but dont have to worry about the usual daily fluctuations :)

I always used to struggle to believe the scale. Once I checked my weight on my bathroom scales, then a friends Nd then some in the local pharmacy just to check I honestly thought mine were broken before that lol

I try to do 30 mins of exercise everyday split up into 3 10 min workouts. Should I maybe try doing the 30 minutes in one burst? Worked I tend to eat more if someone else is eating (like my partner) and I'm guessing the late nights don't help as that's when I tend to snack so earlier to bed?

My boyfriend used to laughl at me when I come on here lol he rolls his eyes now when I start scanning things I've eaten but I guess he just doesn't understand why it's a big deal to me. He's one of those I can eat anything, sit on my *kitten* all day and not put a single lb annoying people lol

Well I'm 4ft 11 weighing 7st 13lb think I can safely go down to 6st 13 and still be at the healthy weight bmi so I should just continue the weight loss for now and see where that gets me and start weight training? been jogging 3/4 times a week 20 minutes at a time thinking that might help to strengthen stomach…
