Have you cut out all carbs and sugars? Cause I know when I did Atkins and worked out, I experienced this while training. It was serious. I had a bad cough and felta sore throat. When I did go see a doctor about this he told me my body was simply detoxing on its own! Since I was not getting enough water in and not taking in…

I cant do Yoga yet. Its too hard for me! Hopefully with my third round, I will be able to do it.

I just started today with P90x - Chest and Back. I simply could not do the ab ripper X since I was wiped out. I think after doing this for a while, I will be able to complete both workouts.

Good for you Queenie! Sometimes you just have to push ahead. There is never a "perfect" time to really start an eating plan. Things will always come up. I started mines today and almost slipped but I am staying focused. I really want to get to that weight loss and feel good about myself. Its not even the looking good part…

I started induction phase (20 net carbs). Have had success on this diet before (lost 50 pounds and gained it back after I had a baby). But truly making it part of my way of eating in my life. Weight watchers is great but just not for me. I need something to break my sugar addiction. tropikanagirl

I would look for areas that have sidewalks and walk! I would grab your favorite DVD and workout to that early in the morning and try to add a "walking" workout to that to get the most burn possible. So if you do happen to eat that tasty treat, you wont feel as bad. :-)

My goal for the month is to lose at least 2 inches off my waist and at least 5 pounds. I will be measuring myself using a tape measure and a scale. My motivator is to fit nicely into a size 9 by August. I think If I work hard enough in July, I can achieve this goal. A big weakness is the bread! So I will have to find more…

I am a mom of three so I can totally relate.I am also in school so I understand sleep deprivation. Eat lots of green leafy veggies. Energy drinks have lots of caffeine and can prevent weight loss.it also acts as a duretic thus causing dehydration. Make sure your drinking plenty of water too. I juice kale, apple, carrot and…

Goal for this week: To do two sets of p90x with my Regular walking session I made sure to eat no less than five servings of fruits and veggies daily. To find two very healthy and tasty recipes I can rotate in dinner. I cook daily so this is not an issue. Activity for the week is bicycle at least 3 times after dinner. I…

I want to try this! This sounds great!

I once hurt my back (recently and a few weeks ago). Something I did was sit in a chair and work out with light weights and did more reps. This way I was still doing strength training for my upper body and I was doing some kind of movement! Its better than nothing!

I think what happens is people will just talk without thinking about how that comment will affect others. :-/

I totally recommend you try the "Self" videos. There is one that says it is bikini ready, and that is a strength training one for 38 minutes. Great workout and gives great tips on eating right after the video. I also tried the crunch videos and there is one with one guy named Kendall. Simple exercises that will make you…

I have a 32 oz bottle to drink my water. Since 8oz is in one cup of water, I drink water from this bottle twice a day to keep hydrated and it helps to keep me on target for the amount I need to consume that day.

Thanks everyone. I am not going to freak out then. LOL. I know it is good fats we are talking about cause I used oilve and coconut oil for some of the things I consumed. Yay for good fats!

I am going through the same thing too. having to be hungry 2 hrs later. I make sure I fill up on water first, then I get something thats a protein, like almonds or chicken breast so I wont be hungry for a while., Its weird, but this works for me.

I have never heard of this. But is this safe to do? I thought not taking in enough calories can lead to the body going into starvation mode and store fat. Im not a doctor , but this is just something I read.

Hi Erin, Thanks for posting your website. I am a bit confused about the "net calorie" thing. Is it that you can eat back the calories you lose and still lose weight?
-
Most likely a tuna salad with a slice of whole wheat bread. That can easily be 300-400 calories and it makes you feel full so it tricks your body.

Fedup, Go see the doctor to make sure that there are no other issues going on if it is truly that bad (Which having the flu is never a good thing) But it does not hurt to be cautious. Since a flu is a virus, it takes about 5-7 days to at least pass through your system. The only thing your doctor will tell you is to: Get…
