I have been eating my feeling lately. I wish I exercised them instead. Finding that fault in myself makes me sad, so I eat about it. A vicious cycle. Also, my work out buddy ghosted me IRL. I eat about that, too.

Hahaha, that sounds like something my mom would say. I guess even the whole pound of lettuce or carrots would be a lot. (Although I am totally guilty of binge eating a whole 1lb bag of baby carrots in the course of a day.)

I think my mom uses a whole butter factory every time she cooks (and it is so good, but looks so terrible when I step on the scale).
