Hi All,
I'm starting over again in every aspect of my life. Need lose around 150 and with all of the changes I'll be struggling to not eat my feelings. Looking for a buddy and motivation. The more positive, the better!

Drastic life changes do not make a good weight lost regimen. Small changes are the path to success with this, not going overboard. Start with logging and making sure your logs are accurate. If they aren't accurate it won't help you. Also make sure your goals are achievable and honest.0

Setting that high of a weight loss goal can be overwhelming and seem almost impossible to do. Trust me, I know for a fact. Smaller goals will help you get to your bigger goal without overwhelming yourself, so why not start there? Feel free to add me, if you'd like!0
