I keep the program on random level 1, but when the bar goes too 1 and up to 2 for longer than 30 seconds I change my speed to 9 mph.. That usually last for no longer than two minutes.

If you are building musle then you will not lose weight like a person whom is focus on just losing weight alone. Do more cardio then strength!

What i dont like is this we call food heathly or you see on T.V. some food that they say has 250 calories in it but what they dont tell people it has 650 worth of sodium in it which is not heathly for that one item!!! You can have a whole meal off of 650 of sodium!
