I agree. Used to eat oatmeal for breakfast. A banana fills me better, keeps blood sugar more level, longer. And I added 2 to my green smoothies this week and still lost. But every body is different.

1) TRACKING/LOGGING your food really helps. 2) PLAN meals, exercise. I understand the thyroid thing and it's NOT an excuse. It is what it is but..... we can see success! Also, you may try working with a nutirtionist and/or personal trainer. Wishing you the best!

I have thyroids issues and had a stroke so I can not get out and walk/jog which in the past helped me a lot. HOWEVER, I refuse to give up or give in. I encourage you to do the same. I battle fatigue but its thyroid related. I'm learning how to better fuel, hydrate my body. And most days, I have to push thru it but find it's worth the push. Don't give up! You've accomplished so much! Also, try liquid B12 with your doc's ok.
