    Wow, you are truly an inspiration. Looking at your photos gives me hope of achieving my weight reduction and life change. Is that the surgery where they remove the skin that is hanging down from the weight loss? I heard if its a health issue insurance will pay for it. I dont have as much weight to lose but its quite alot that I do have to lose. Thank you for sharing.:smile:

    Awe thank you. yes they removed my abdominal apron of skin/fat. Insurance fully covered it.
