I love the treadmill for my cardio. I have a tendency to zone out and am unaware of environment when running so the gym and treadmill were a safer option. I do have options for different programs with the gyms so it keeps it interesting for muscles. I do however run only a couple of days and strength train hard 3 days a…

I am over in sugar but registered nutritionist as well as MD said because most of mine comes from natural sugar (fruit) they said not to even worry about it. I add protein to yogurt at times agree texture is off if added to greek yogurt. I do try some plain and add fruit, nuts, cereal and spices to it at times. For dairy…

Another vote for Old Navy I love the compression yoga pants for exercise but also the way they look too for goofing off at times. TJ Maxx is good but ours is a long drive and definitely a hit or miss so its easier to go for the sure thing and Old Navy fits no trying on just go in and buy

Rehband is good but I also use kinetic taping so its got some support but more true range of motion. It has been used by may universities as well as pro athletes. I have used for knee shoulder and arch remember you may also need to look at anti inflammatory for a few days after doing PR

Like others have said water weight is all you loose plus you are throwing your electrolytes off. It can actually effect you beyond temporary with too much sodium lost you can then have heart issues. Just DON'T

figure out what to do for training for job I want to create cross between physical therapy and personal training. you need both a variety will work better that means cardio and strength training and not the same cardio routine vary it up too. Muscles get use to routine. You need to be eating more to retain muscle tone Eat to lose is not that far off in concept restricting too much can just leave you tired up your calories

I realize to be normal you will fluctuate some high some low. If it became I habit I would address it. The only thing I have to adapt for is high salt I feel grossly bloated and then find I do add more water to help flush it out

I know it is the scariest thing to recover but you can do it. I am positive I have been at a healthy weight and in gym again for almost 2 year. You must trust someone to help you and realize you may actually hate the changes temporarily but your body does know what it needs and there maybe some periods where you have…

Not sure I would agree that vitamins are considered a supplement for workouts. I do take those including evening primrose and Glucosamine Chondroitin but those are MD requested for health.

Agree you need to look at calorie goals 1400 is low I am at 1500 and maintaining but I am also 130lbs at 5'3 and eat all exercise calories back. If you eat at a higher level and watch the sugar in some protein powder you will find protein will satisfy. I also do eat snacks daily that can be 1-3 snacks a day

Universities use it as well as US ski team and other international athletes. Our team got me to try it and I use it. It seems weird so thin to support that much but it does It helps in tracking on knee and shoulders for me. I have used it for planter fasciitis a few times too. I am sure you can't get it that cheap in…
