I think you hit the nail on the head when you used the word "diet"..................diets are temporary........and after they are over you have to learn how to maintain the weight you have lost.......I have found things to treat myself like a couple squares of 85/15 chocolate.......whole wheat pasta.........prego light…

today i had bob evans breakfast......352 calories.......subway 6 inch sub for lunch 280 plus a half a bag of sun chips 105.......i did zumba....which burned 530..........i plan on having a salad with chicken............i feel full........over full actually after that sub.... lol.......i change it up......sometimes i eat…

ok......just like all proteins......meat eggs cheese yogurt.......and on and on........its just moderation.......if you like cheese use it.............i eat protein every meal.............i love greek plain yogurt mixed in with some fresh fruit..............i eat it a couple times a week...........yogurt is a super food…

i use fruit with yogurt as a treat instead of reaching for the chocolate...........i found bryers carb smart bars.....100 calories.........

this works too............i don't have pasta in my house.........i have fruit and veggies......meat.............yogurt a 85/15 chocolate bar.......thats about it......or and nothing white no flour no rice.......therefore i can't eat it

i won't weigh myself during my TOM........if i am craving something........i try for sugar free chocolate.......instead of a hershey's bar.......its not what you do once a month.........its what you do everyday.......i have a 85/15 chocolate bar in my fridge......if i get a craving i reach for one piece.........

thanks........i just see so many bad food choices.......cookies.......crackers.........stuff with refined sugar flour..............at some point to have to realize ........that stuff is what got you here.......of course i love veggies and fruits..............i think thats an advantage that i have :P

i will just say one thing muscle weighs more than fat........how do you feel.........how are you clothes fitting......you could be losing weight but gaining muscle........don't always rely on the scale :)
