i have mobility problems, so the gym/ walking etc is out for me but i find that swimming is the only way to go if you can do that?..... it burns a lot of calories and its not how hard your doing it its how long..... good luck, its hard hard work, i go up and down if i cant swim i find it very hard and very slow work, will…

thank you everyone for replying, nice to know im not alone!.......i am wheat and lactose intolerant so the low cal quick fixes are few and far between sadly, i should have mentioned that inittially!.......but i do feel better knowing there are people out there who have to battle hormones as well as will power!!!! xx

i swim every other day at my local pool, well i try to !......love swimming, and its the only exercise that doesnt leave me bed bound for 3 days....add me if you would like, swimming is the best for burning those calories!!!!!
