Yeah I sent you a request. I had my little boy 7 weeks ago and am trying to get healthy!
-
Feel free to add me! 7 weeks post partum to a beautiful little boy (my first). I gained about 25 lbs during pregnancy but I was higher than I wanted to be when I got pregnant. I've lost about 8 lbs since birth and am looking to lose 25+. I'd love more breastfeeding and post partum mommies!

I'm a first time mom to my 7 week old boy. Breastfeeding as well -- looking to lose 25+ lbs! Let's add each other

Hey! I'm 24 as well and hoping to lose 15-20lbs more (lost 15 last year and gain scruple back over the holidays). Feel free to add me!!
-
Feel free to add me if you'd like!!

Anyone can feel free to add me. I'm 24 5"4 and 146lbs. Ideally I'll be 130 by March but so far I haven't seen the scale budge so I'm trying to be realistic! I love motivating and being motivated.

Hey everyone! For some reason my phone is not allowing me to send any friend requests. I'm 24, I lost 15 lbs with this app in 3 months last year and hope to lose 15 lbs by 3/01/15 this year. I'd love to have some active friends to be on this journey with me. Feel free to add me!

Hi there! I think we're in a similar situation. I'm a newlywed, mid twenties and looking to lose 15lbs! Feel free to add me on here. I believe in moderation and ice cream and I'm losing about 1.3 lbs a week on average!

My weekly weigh in! I missed last week -- sorry everyone. Hope everyone is staying on track! My stats SW: 156 CW: 150.0 GW: 141 Down 6 since starting this challenge, 9 to go. Not sure if I'll make it but I'll be close!

@tomcornhole That's great advice thank you!! I will try that tomorrow on my next go round! Thank you for the daily schedule of increasing intensity :) very helpful. @btunnell my elliptical was from a used sports equipment store, barely used but only $100. It's an off brand but it has multiple resistance so I knew I would…

I am going to a Brazilian steak house of Friday for my dh's birthday. This is the kind of place that brings you unlimited meat until you call uncle lol. So all week starting on last Friday, I've been saving my exercise calories instead of eating them back. It's also encouraging me to go out a little longer and harder.…

Hey -- like everyone else on this thread, I'm an active user and follow moderation and good judgement for my diet plan. Anyone is welcome to friend me!!

Love all the suggestions here. Another thing is add for skirts and dress are "boy shorts", basically like tight boxers for women. Whatever method you use, I'd test out in a short time frame so you don't get stuck out for hours and have to just deal with the chaffing. Nothing is worse!!

Bananas and peanut butter or hummus and veggies or chips and salsa. All are staples in my house these days.
-
If I am pretty below my daily calories I'll try to eat something high cal. Like peanut butter, full fat milk or yogurt something like that to my calories up.

Weekly check in! SW: 156 CW: 152.6 GW: 141 Everyone's doing so well!! Let's do September right :)

I allow myself to splurge once every two weeks or so, and I always see a little gain, but a couple days of eating at my goal calories and drinking a lot more water seems to even it out. I think the weight gain is mainly just water weight / sodium making me bloat. If it'll make you feel better, go to the gym. But I wouldn't…

I missed my weigh in yesterday but here I am today! SW: 156 Cw: 153.2 GW: 141 I'm getting there, the scale hasn't moved a ton the last week but I've kept up with my calorie limit and exercises so hopefully a big loss is coming this week!!
-
You look lovely. You should be very proud!!

My husband and I like to go out on weekends for dinner or drinks or both. I try to eat less during my other meals (breakfast and lunch) or I try to do some extra exercise. I log the best that I can for anything I eat so I get a good idea of how much I've eaten. I also try to drink a lot more water during the day. I see…

Mfp puts me at 1340 daily. Feel free to add me I have an open diary. I'm not promising to have the cleanest eating plan but I try to stay at my calories and am making better choices with my food for the most part. It's all moderation for me! Oh and I have about 15 lbs to lose.
-
Weekly check in! SW: 156 CW: floating between 154.4 & 155.4 (scale wouldn't decide) GW: 141 Love this motivation!!!
-
This is what I do too. I typically have the same thing for breakfast, and pack my lunch the night before so I know how much I have left for snacking and dinner the night before. If I don't finish my prelogged food (or forget it at home lol) I'll just adjust my diary.

Babysitting a toddler, walking the dog, competing with a friend or significant other (my husband is notorious for racing me to our car in the parking lot), trampoline jumping!
-
Wisconsin fairs = cheese curds and beer Log and move on. I enjoy myself but keep it in moderation too. If I go over, no biggie but I want to keep track as well. We're all losing weight to ENJOY life not to get fit and stay inside and eat celery all day. All things in moderation.
-
I love the salted almonds chocolate coconut kashi bars. High in protein and the perfect sweet and salty combination and only 140 calories!
-
I agree with everyone, you've got to make this important to you. I love ice cream so I make it for into my calories. I love beer I also make that fit. And you know what? I appreciate those things more now because they are less frequent (but still indulged in). If you have a "bad day" make the rest of the day as best you…
