i'm in recovery, i eat 2500-3000 calories a day. i used to consider that a binge (now i know better). i am in no way fat, in fact, i'm finding it difficult to gain more weight. bingeing in recovery is not bingeing, it's your body trying to get energy and nutrients that it needs

i tried to eat 1200-1400 calories a day but that normally turned into 1500-1900, 6 weeks ago i started to weight train once a week, but before that i did practically no exercise and and at the moment, i'm 5lbs off the highest weight i've ever been

it's my TDEE, my BMR using mfp's calculator is 1,365 calories.

i used the TDEE calculator at http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/, and i've used other calculators, they all come up with a similar number. stats? um i'm 122-123lbs, 5'7, 21.7% body fat (using a hand-held measure-er thing.. not especially accurate but gives me some idea)

I'm 18, eating 1200-2000cal depending on the day...but i should be eating 1517cal a day, trying to lose 4kg of fat (down to 16% body fat), goal date is 31st of december (losing 0.3kg a week)

i'm 5'8 and do 700lbs on the leg press, never had any trouble

i eat things like tofu and tempeh and vegetarian sausages, which have around 20g of protein per 100g or per serving (like two sausages for example) (sometimes a little bit less sometimes a little bit more depending on the product/brand)
