Family Chirstmas picture. I was sitting next to my MIL who is not a small person, I looked bigger than her in the picture. I knew I had to get my weight under control.

I have two of these motivators too. I brought each from a boutique on sale that you cannot return clearanced merchandise. I can get into both of them....it just isn't pretty. I am hoping though that I will fit into them in the fall perfectly.

I scored a 47! I don't feel like I have BDD. I just am very uncomfortable with my weight at the moment.

I am waiting to reach a goal to purchase new spring clothes and shoes. It is killing me.

I agree these rules probably have nothing to do with having low body fat, but they may help achieve weight loss goals.

I am 4'11. 141.5LBS I wear a size 2 in pants from express. Small and mediums in pants from Forever 21. I wear small tops. My ultimate goal is to wear small boutique clothes again. I can but it deff depends on the make. I have to usually get mediums. I have a size 6 1/2 shoe.

I feel silly! I tell him to go find something to do if I am doing a workout video. I don't feel like that on a machine so much!

You are not alone! I do it! Habit, planning, whatever. I don't want to eat all my calories and only have 300 or 400 for dinner when I am going to eat out with friends or my husband. Dieting is a lifestyle change, but the biggest change for me, is learning to plan so I can make healthier choices.
