Count me in your story sounds a lot like mine as I have lost 25 lbs on my fitness pal only to lose focus/ have life happen and fall back on emotional eating or feeling not quite "good" enough to watch my eats

Hi yes I am in to join today is my start date . Long term goal is a 60 lbs weight lost but for short term would like 5-7 gone by the end if this month. Joined NYSC today and this weeks goal is to get there at least three times this week.

Thank you, your post is my llife story however my weight does not seem to want to fall below 210. I had stop mfp and pick up ww but six months and all I did was maintain. Trying again and reading others post helps. Thanks. Stay the course a break through will come.

YES will be 50 this year June looking to lose 50 started july last year coasted from november until now down 16 lbs. looking to lose 50 more.

Starting again, i have fallen off and have gained. Today is a new day perhaps we can encourage each other along the way.:happy: :smile:

I agree and some time it goes up for me 5lbs. I am considering changing my weigh in day but I'm not sure that it will help. Just keep pushing. What I have done is not record those Mondays, stay on plan and weigh in the next Monday and record that ,which is usually less. Keep pushing

Thanks reading your post. Got very frustrated when i missed my weigh in day and time i weigh the next morning to have gained 5lbs when i did go over my weekly buget 1 day by approx 500 calories but workrd out every day and stayed below my calorie count all week

oh my goodness u lokk crazy good. you have lost a whole person and u look like a new person, and to do that much in 17months is certainly awsome i'm not sure what is pushing you but keep up the great work.

I started a few weeks back . Actually today is my ten weeks in. I am thrilled to be below 210 and looking forward to below 200 in the next 10 weeks keeping inmind slow and steady wins the race

Slow and steady wins the race and repeat. I too am moving at a snails pace and sits awhile at a spot which is perhaps one of the reason i back slid for the past three weeks and doing more damage along the way looking at weight I worked so hard and so long to lose

Taking the challeng with you.I have been scared to state my goals out loud because i need to lose so much and i didn't want to disappoint my self. I can however look for 25 by Jan. I still not ready to state my goal but thats o.k little steps . Thanks for developing this challenge.

OMG yes I love choclate ice cream. I tried W.W triple choclate divine choclate @ 110 calories. Hooked. So much so took my kids for Ben and Jerry after shopping today refused to eat any after looking at the calories posted and Knowing the choclate covered ice cream at home I was able to wait and enjoyed once I got home…

I too have a huge mountain in front of me. l have just begun. I have completed one week and lost a few which has been good would like to also be a support . i do only check in once a day.
