Thank you @auntstephie321 . I'm struggling with the weight loss. Have always focused on the scale & it is hard not to. I've lost 2 1/2" just in tummy in 2+ weeks. I've really watched portions & measuring but scale just doesn't move much. I've lost 5 lbs but .6 goes up & down. Good to see others in same boat.

I noticed they had sugar free Hershey's milk & dark. Haven't tried.

I am hooked on the Russell Stover sugar free mints. Covered in dark chocolate. 1 net carb for 3. I have 1-2 every day.

Me too. Just started 2 1/2 weeks ago & was dreaming about our daughter when she was 4-5. She is 28. Kind of scary.

Usually eat the top & salad. There are a few restaurants that will do a crust less pizza. When I can I go to one of those restaurants. One my Geandson loves is CiCis & they will do just toppings in a pan. Wish all restaurants would do that.

I was up 2 lbs for almost a week. Don't get discouraged. Measure & use your clothes as a benchmark. The scale will move eventually.

I started out great but last week out of the blue gained 2 lbs. would love to have friends thru this journey. I'm 64 and know I won't lose weight quickly. We have started walking more & I'm hoping that is the gain. Clothes fit much better & inches are coming off. Scale just stuck

You are too funny. My neighbor has us doing the Hokey Pokey at every event. Enjoyed it laughing the whole time.

Just saw your Mini Tues goals. Tomorrow will be a better day. I don't often go on the computer so I don't always see these until the evening or the next day. Wish there was a way I could get them to pop up on my phone.

I don't think it really makes a difference as long as you get the 5 meals in. When I eat all 5 I am not hungry. When I miss the two snacks I am starving by my next meal.

Looks like a great choice. I did something similar the other night. Did broccoli, carrot shreds & chicken and added some terriyaki sauce. Served over brown rice for family, but it was my LC day so I had without the rice.

Inches to me are much more important than the pounds. Hard to get our heads around that when we have beat ourselves up our whole lives on how much we weigh. Congrats, love the pink belt.

Not sure about the cheat meal, but I don't know why you couldn't. That is why I like CTL so much. You can fit to your needs and it still works. I start with high carb day just because it works better with my schedule. I don't think it has hurt at all.

Done, just walked in place today. So tired, didn't get much sleep last night. Heel raises were fun and great idea.

How about running in place for 5-10 minutes. If you can't run, just walk? I think that would cover everyone.

I will try with rotator cuff issues might not do too good on this one. Starting Wii Walk it Out today.

I try to log mine at the end of the day so it doesn't interfere with my overall calories. Log exercise after your complete diary for the day. Hope that helps. I've tried to disable it and couldn't get it to work.
