100 days really trying to focus on this because 100 days will help with new habbits and new habbits will be a way of life... after failing twice before starting at 100 days seems resonable ans not scary enough for me to freak out... not yet anyway..

Have given up coffee and black tea now on ginger and lemon from asian store less sweet or sugary.. also.. have taken to drinking cups of salt reduced veggie stock 8kj per serve... i am now crazy.... and just read above comments re ginger tea... ugh.. will keep wirh it next week defiantly stops the coffee and muffin in the…

Being the 9th now mine is to do more omad days and get on track.. have given up coffee for ginger and lemon tea.. also if i can make one week of omad with out falling off going to reward myself with a kitchen gadgget and yoga classes hahha save money on food enjoy cooking it in new gadgett and find some peace or something…

Tea and coffee lead to eating crap for me o sm struggling and will be attempting omad again 3rd time this time i have founs bone broth..not sure how good / bad it is but it is clear and no milk or crap eating with it maybe soon wont need it but really need something to help mu stupid food head belive one meal a day is ok...

5am train large hot water in a cup = $1 large coffee with crap =3.50 to 10.00 yay put my herbal tea bag in it.

Thanks for the feed back but i am allowing myself some of my fav thing each day just want to give up the coffee mostly because at work it is next to all the free crap ..and i want to stop this habbit.
