I think it depends on what you eat. I usually have 1/2 a banana and some peanut butter if I haven't eaten in a while. I finish the other half after I work out.

I have Mirena and I love it. I have not experienced any pain or side effects with it, but that could be because I had put in 6 weeks after giving birth. I have heard other women without children say it was painful to get it put in.

I weigh myself every day, keeping in mind that my weight will fluctuate throughout the week. I record my weight on Thursday only because that is the day we started the last fitness challenge at work so it sort of stuck.
