  • Yes! Exactly sitting down all day has caused so much damage to my body. My back is weak, my pelvis is tilted, my hips are sooooo tight. It's scary as I'm only 28! Good to hear that running should be ok though, thank you for your help :)
  • I had this issue a month or so back, stress was a huge factor but also my gut seems to react with onion and garlic, which is a shame as I love both :(
  • I walk on the treadmill on incline 10 for 10 minutes at 5.6 speed and I burn 101 calories in ten minutes, if I did it for an hour the machine says I'd burn over 600 calories so maybe?
  • I found the couch to 5k program awesome, before I got it I never, ever ran, but decided to challenge myself. I found it a really good way of easing into running and when I did do my 5km run it felt really easy. Good luck!
